Wrexham and Flintshire ACE Champion Project

Home-Start Wrexham were funded by the North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner to partner up with Home-Start Flintshire, Wrexham County Borough Council, Gwersyllt CP school, Wrexham to develop and troubleshoot ACE informed innovative practice across sectors.

An exciting piece of work has been the production of Fantastic Families- and how to grow them something which started its life being called a Resilience Framework.
