Expecting or having a new baby can feel overwhelming or you may just want more information about how best to cope and support your growing baby.

You will have a Perinatal Coordinator who has lots of helpful information to support you to navigate pregnancy, birth and life with your new baby. The Coordinator will match you up to the right support for you in Home-Start and other organisations.

For expectant Mums and Dads our qualified staff team offer you the opportunity to participate in small groups or in certain circumstances on a one-to-one basis in a tried and tested programme to help get ready to be a Mum or Dad and learn more about the things you can do to prepare and give your babies the best start in life. Its a great opportunity to meet other Mums and Dads too!

Home Visiting

Family Support Workers and Community Volunteers with a passion for helping children and families will be carefully chosen and trained to provide practical and emotional support to families in your own home or community. They will establish a special bond with you during your challenging times. Visits will last between 2-4 hours and will address the specific needs identified by you with the Perinatal Coordinator.
